Digital Coordinator, Influencer Marketing

Linda Gaunt Communications is a full-service communications, marketing and public relations agency specializing in fashion, luxury and lifestyle. We are seeking candidates for the Coordinator role within our Digital team, supporting senior-level staff across our best-in-class fashion, retail, and lifestyle clients.

The ideal candidate would be joining a growing team and should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and digital and influencer obsessed. Based in New York, the Coordinator will report to the Senior Digital Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach: Identify, research, and engage with potential influencers and content creators that align with client brand values and goals.

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.

  • Gifting Management: Coordinate product seeding and gifting processes, including tracking shipments and maintaining communication with influencers to ensure successful collaborations.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their management teams, responding to inquires and fostering ongoing relationships.

  • Coverage / Performance Tracking: Monitor and circulate coverage for all campaigns and gifting collaborations.

  • Agency Social Media: Collaborate with larger agency team on the strategy for LGC’s owned social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Industry Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, social media news and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and best practices.

  • Events: Assist with event organization, logistics, and on-site responsibilities, as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, influencer relations or public relations.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Passion for digital landscape and a proactive approach to learning and development.

  • Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude, ambitious team player.
